Group Classes are designed to enable anyone and everyone to "add on" to their current level of fitness. After an initial consultation with a coach, clients will determine what classes to take, and how often, according to their goals - whether they want to lose weight, build strength, tone certain muscle groups, train for a marathon, or simply have more energy to take on a busy life. All classes are scalable, so while everyone will be challenged, no one will be left out.
